Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 pounds ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 10-ounce cans of cream of mushroom soup
- Water
- 2 14.5-ounce cans of french-cut green beans, drained
- 1 bag of tater tots

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef or turkey and onion in the oil until meat is no longer brown.
Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan.
Mix one can of soup with 1/4 to 1/2 a can of water. Pour over the meat and onion mixture. Mix the last can of soup with another 1/4 to 1/2 a can of water. Pour 1/2 over the meat and onion mixture again.
Spread both cans of green beans over the meat, onion, and soup. Pour the last 1/2 can of soup and water over the green beans.
Arrange the tater tots over the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes after it's done cooking.
