Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 2 avocados chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese your choice
- tortilla chips crushed
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- Dressing
- 1/2 cup Greek yoguart
- 3 Tbsp buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp hot sauce
- 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate chicken in 1st 4 ingredients for 30 minutes to 1 hour
Cook on hot grill 4-5 minutes per side. Let rest, and then slice. Assemble salad
