Ingredients
- 10-12 brussel sprouts, end removed and halved
- 3 slices crispy cooked bacon, chopped (reserve drippings for cooking)
- 1/4 white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 t. veggie bombay
- 4 T. blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
On medium heat the bacon drippings, onions, garlic, and brussel sprounts. Add seasonings. Cook, stirring often for about 15 minutes. Add bacon back in and stir.
Serve with some blue cheese crumbles on top if desired.
