Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 1/2 C sifted flour

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg, salt and milk together
Stir in flour
Drop spoonfuls into boiling soup or water for 15 minutes, 30 minutes if cooking soup on low in a slow cooker.
