Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 2 cups milk
- 32 oz chicken broth
- 4 15oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp basil

Step 1
**Use LARGE pot!
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and dash of salt and pepper.
2. Add milk and chicken broth all at once. Cook over moderately low heat until slightly thickened and bubbly (about 6-8 minutes), then cook one more minute.
3. Stir in tomato sauce and basil. Cook and stir until heated through.
