Quick Chocolate Fiber Shake

Ingredients
- Makes 2 cups
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
- 1 tab. Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tab. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Step 1
Place oats in blender, blend one minute. Add milk, ice, cocoa, sugar and vanilla. Blend on high for one minute.
