Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup arugula, removed from stems
- 8-10 asparagus, steamed
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 avocado
- Juice of two limes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pulse all ingredients except olive oil in a food processor until blended. Then add olive oil while processor is running.
