Country Chicken Stew

Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut in 1-in cubes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp each oil and flour
- 1 envelope Zesty Italian salad dressing
- 1 can (13 3/4 oz) chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 potato, cut in cubes
- 1 cup frozen peas, optional

Step 1
Cook and stir chicken and onion in hot oil over medium heat until chicken is browned and onion is tender. Stir in flour. Sprinkle with salad dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to medium, cook uncovered, 25 - 30 minutes or until chicken in cooked through and gravy is thickened. Stir occasionally.
