Ralph and Kacoo's Bread Pudding

8 slices toasted bread
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 small boxes raisins
1 small bottle vanilla extract
1 Tblsp cinnamon
1 Small fruit cocktail
2 Tblsp butter, melted

Ingredients

- 2 2 2 cups milk
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 2 boxes 2 small boxes raisins
- 1 1 bottle 1 small bottle vanilla extract
- 1 1 1 Tblsp cinnamon
- 1 1 1 Small fruit cocktail
- 2 2 2 Tblsp butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Brandy Sauce:
1 doz. large eggs
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb. butter melted
1 cup brandy
2 cups whole white milk
On top part of double boiler with about a qt of water in bottom, combine eggs, sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla. Beat until eggs foam to top. Put double boiler on med heat. Stir constantly until thickened to consistency of soft pudding. When thick enough, stir in 1 cup brandy. Cook and stir 2 minutes more, then remove from heat. Pour into storage containers and place in refrig. until ready to serve.
