Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted butter (or more)
  • Corn Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter
Mix with sour cream, soup, salt and pepper
Add hash browns, onion, and 3/4 of the cheese
Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top

For topping, melt butter and add crushed Corn Flakes
Spread over mixture

Bake covered at 350 for one hour
