Minestrone Soup

Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (14.5) dark red kidney beans
- 1 cup medium shell pasta, uncooked
- 1 can italian styled green beans
- 1 tsp oregano and basil
- 2 ounces (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in Dutch Oven except cheese. Bring to boil, reduce heat. Cover, simmer 25 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Grate cheese on top
