Antojitos (Stephanie's Party Wraps)

Ingredients
- Dipping sauce:
- 2 lbs (2 x 250 g) cream cheese (I used the light one)
- 4 oz (1/2 cup) jalapeno peppers
- 4 oz ( 1 cup) bread crumbs
- 1 oz green peppers
- 4 oz red peppers
- 1/2 oz chopped parsley (optional)
- 1 oz (2 tbsp) hot sauce
- 10 oz shredded cheddar (mixed)
- 5 - 7 Large tortillas
- Mix 1 Tbsp of pesto with 1 cup of sour cream.

Step 1
Preparation:
1. Chop up veggies (japs, peppers and parsley).
2. Mix chooped veggies together.
3. Mix 3/4 of the chopped veggies with cream cheese, bread crumbs and hot sauce.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortillas.
5. Sprinkle remaining chooped veggies and shredded cheddar over 3/4 of the tortilla.
6. Roll the tortillas.
7. Cut each rolled up tortillas in 1 inch size pieces.
Baking
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on top.
