Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pineapple, lemon juice, Eagle Brand. Mix by hand. Stir in coconut and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
