Ingredients
- 2 cans Veg-All,drained
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- Chopped celery (optional)
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all but the last two ingredients together in casserole dish.
Top with the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
