Ingredients

  • 6-8 chopped vine-ripened tomatoes
  • 1 handful clean basil leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vodka
  • Bloody Mary mix

Preparation

Step 1

In a blender, mix tomatoes with basil, garlic, and salt and pepper.

Press through colander to remove pulp.

Let stand for 2 hours.

Pour into ice-cube molds, and freeze.

Fill glass with ice cubes, 2 oz vodka, and 2 oz Bloody Mary mix
