New England Apple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 lg eggs
- 2 teasp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 1/4 teasp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 teasp cinnamon
- 1/2 teasp nutmeg
- 7 cups apples, peeled, cored and diced
- 3/4 cup walnuts (finely chopped)
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a Bundt Pan with Pam.
In large bowl cream together butter and both sugars.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until well blended.
In medium bowl combine next five ingredients. Add to creamed mixture, stir to combine throughtly.
Stir in apples and walnuts.
Spoon into bundt or tube pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
Toothpick will be moist due to apples.
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, turn out on to serving dish.
Dust with powdered sugar when completely cooled.
