Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni, cut into small pieces
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

1. I get a stick of pepperoni, cut into 1/4" slices that into quarters.
2. Mix flour and milk in medium bowl.
3. Add cheese, pepperoni and egg, mix well.
4. Spray mini muffin pans (spray heavy).
5. Place pepperoni mixture into each up filling about 3/4 of the way.
6. Place foil on racks.
7. Baket at 375 for about 25 minutes.
8. Remove, cool a few minutes and then remove from pan.

You want to use the foil, as when they are cooking, the grease from the pepperoni spill over and you can have a smokey kitchen.
