Ingredients

  • 2 lbs butternut squash chunks
  • 1 lb sweet potatoes, chunks
  • 3 potatoes chunks
  • 3 onions diced
  • fresh dill
  • 2 Tbs chicken soup mix
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup wine,optional
  • oil for saute

Preparation

Step 1

Cube vegetables. Saute onion until golden. Add remaining ingredients. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hr. Transfer in small amounts to a blender or immersion blend to puree. Garnish with more dill.
