Butternut Squash Soup from Batya

Ingredients
- 2 lbs butternut squash chunks
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, chunks
- 3 potatoes chunks
- 3 onions diced
- fresh dill
- 2 Tbs chicken soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup wine,optional
- oil for saute

Preparation
Step 1
Cube vegetables. Saute onion until golden. Add remaining ingredients. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil and simmer for an hr. Transfer in small amounts to a blender or immersion blend to puree. Garnish with more dill.
