Vegan Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 avocado, ripe, medium size
- 1 banana, cut into chunks, medium size
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cocoa OR vegan protein shake mix (you can add an additional Tbsp or 2 if needed)

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Mix until all is combined. If too thick, add a little more almond milk. Place into individual serving cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
