Triple Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 3.9 ounce package of instant chocolate pudding
- 1/2 c. cold milk
- 1 pkg. of regular Oreo cookies
- 2 packages (16 squares) of Baker's Semi Sweet chocolate
- 1-2 squares of Bakers white chocolate

Crush the oreos in a plastic ziploc bag with a rolling pin until all cookies are finely crushed. Set aside.
Mix together Jello mix and milk with a wooden spoon. This will form a stiff dough like consistency. Add the cookies pieces. This may require mixing with hands until all cookies are thoroughly mixed with the pudding mixture. Form into a large ball.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Roll the mixture into small 1-inch size balls and place on cookie sheet. Repeat until all of the mixture is in balls. Freeze for at least 20 minutes.
Melt semi sweet chocolate. Dip the balls in (doing small batches of 4 will speed up the process) the chocolate until well coated. Use a fork to lift out and back on to the lined tray. Do this until all are coated. Place back into the freezer for another 30 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate. Drizzle with a fork across the top of the balls. Freeze another 30 minutes.
*Option: Place in mini cupcake liners.*
**Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Refrigerate after setting out for long periods of time as well to keep the chocolate set. Can also be frozen to sit out longer.**
