Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/3 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups Grated Carrots
  • 1 1/3 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/3 Cup Flour
  • Icing
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 4 Cups Icing Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter/Margarine
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2-3 tsp Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat Sugar and oil.
Add Eggs
Mix Dry Ingredients
add to mixture
then add Carrots

Bake in Greased and floured tube pan at 350 for 35-45min
