Fudge Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup unsifted flour
  • 1 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt margarine and chocolate in saucepan and add the nuts and stir until blended. In mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour and unbeaten eggs. Stir until blended. Add chocolate mixture...DON'T BEAT! Add vanilla.

Put in foil liners (3/4 full) and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool on rack.
