Ingredients
- BASE:
- 1/2 Cup Cream
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1-1/3 Cups Flour
- TOPPING:
- 3/4 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup butter
Preparation
Step 1
BASE:
Mix and put into 9X13 inch pan (soft dough)
Layer with Rhubarb
Sprinkle with 1/2 Cup Sugar
TOPPING:
Rub to Crumbs
Sprinkle over top
Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 - 45 min or until light brown.
