7 Minute Frosting
By á-646
When I was growing up, Seven Minute Icing was the finish of choice for any and all layer cakes. It was also used on pan cakes, though Butter Frosting was more common for them. Seven Minute Icing is sticky, sweet, and flexible. On the cake, you can mold swirls and dabs for an elegant finish.
