Malted Milk Ball Cookies

Delicious cookies!! Hint of chocolate,lots of malt flavor!

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons instant chocolate drink
• mix
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 cups malted milk balls, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, cream butter and sugars together. Then beat in eggs and vanilla.

Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to creamed mixture.

Stir in malted milk balls and shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.

Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet(I used silpats)

Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or until set.

Cook for one minute before transferring to wire rack to cool
