Slow Cooker Ground Beef and Cabbage Casserole

Ingredients
- Saute:
- 1 medium chopped onion in
- 3 T Butter
- Add and Brown:
- 1 pound ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- Shred:
- 3 cups cabbage
- Mix:
- 1 can tomato soup with 1 can water in bowl
Preparation
Step 1
Put half of cabbage in slow cooker, put half of ground beef mixture over cabbage, repeat. Pour soup mixture over top. Cover and cook in 4 quart slow cooker for 3 to 4 hours on low.
