This 3 layered Christmas Jello Salad takes a little effort and time but the results are worth it, it's so tasty!

Ingredients

  • BOTTOM LAYER:
  • 1 box lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juices
  • MIDDLE LAYER:
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8.75 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • TOP LAYER:
  • 1 box cherry, raspberry or strawberry Jello

Preparation

Step 1

Bottom layer - Mix lime jello powder with boiling water and add can of crushed pineapple (set).

Middle layer - Mix lemon jello powder with boiling water, cut chunks of cream cheese into mix to soften. Use electric mixer to blend. Cool, then add cool whip and blend with mixer(set).

Top layer - Mix jello with boiling water, then cold water and add to the rest (set).

If possible do one of layers night before. This whole process has worked in a 6 hour time frame.
