Bisquick Ham & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. ham
• 1 c. Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
• 1/2 c. Bisquick
• 1 c. milk
• 1/4 t. salt
• 1/8 t. pepper
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 c. green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400*. Grease 9" pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese & onions in plate. In separate bowl, mix Bisquick, milk, salt & pepper & eggs. Pour into plate. Bake 35-40 minutes until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
