Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Ground Almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Step 1
Cream the butter with the brown sugar. Beat in the egg. Add the flour, ground almonds, almond extract, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Using your smallest scoop, drop the dough 3 inches apart on a buttered cookie sheet. Bake the cookies at 375 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are crisp.
Wait about 1 minute before removing the cookies from the pan and cool them on a rack.
