Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers
- 3 long hot peppers
- 4 cloves of garlic – chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Place the peppers whole on a baking pan.
Bake until the peppers are soft; about 20-25 minutes.
Let the peppers cool. Remove the stems and slice the peppers.
Place in a bowl with the garlic, oil and seasonings.
