Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 pounds bok choy, trimmed and thinly sliced
- 4 cups sliced shiitake mushroom caps
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook and stir until fragrant but not browned, 30 seconds. Add bok choy and mushrooms; cook and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes. Continue to cook, stirring often, until just tender, 3 to 5 minutes longer. Stir in oyster sauce and sesame oil and garnish with sesame seeds.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Add stir-fried snow peas on the side.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure oyster sauce is gluten free.
