Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken breats, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch cubes(about 4 cups)
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jar(27.7oz) ragu old world style pasta sauce
- 1 pound fresh or frozen cut green beans
- 1 tsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In a 12 inch skillet, saute chicken and garlic in olive oil until chicken is lightly browned. Add potatoes and peppers, continue to cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add sauce, basil, green beans, salt and pepper, bring to boil. reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer for 35 minutes or until chicken in thoroughly cooked and potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
