ADD BROWN SUGAR ... COOK & STIR UNTIL BUBBLY
ADD MILK AND BRING BACK TO A BOIL
LET COOL TO LUKEWARM
GRADUALLY ADD CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND BEAT TIL SMOOTH & DESIRED CONSISTENCY
FROST
