Ingredients
- 2 BARS BAKERS SWEET CHOCOLATE
- 3 T. WATER
- 2 EGG YOLKS
- 2 T. CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
- 1 CUP WHIPPED CREAM
- 2 EGGS WHITES STIFFLY BEATEN
- ANGEL FOOD CAKE
- WHIP CREAM TO FROST
Preparation
Step 1
MELT CHOCOLATE, ADD WATER & BLEND
ADD EGG YOLKS & BEAT WITH MIXER TIL SMOOTH
ADD CONFECTIONERS SUGAR AND MIX WELL
FOLD IN EGG WHITES & THEN WHIPPED CREAM
SLICE ANGEL FOOD CAKE INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES
LAYER A BOWL WITH SLICES, SPREAD 1/3 THE CHOCOLATE FILLING
REPEAT AND END WITH CAKE ON TOP
CHILL FOR 12-24 HOURS
TURN CAKE ONTO PLATE AND FROST WITH WHIPPED CREAM
