Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 2 TB warm water
- 1 C warm water
- 2 TB vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 C sifted flour
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl soften yeast in warm water. In a separate bowl mix oil, warm water, salt, and sugar. Add mixture to the softened yeast. Add most of the flour and beat until smooth. Add remaining flour and knead until smooth. Cover and put in a warm place to double in bulk. Punch down and press dough firmly onto greased pan.
Add your favorite toppings and bake at 425 F about 20 minutes or until cheese is just starting to brown.
