ADD MILK AND SIMMER TIL VOLUME IS ABOUT HALF .... 45 MIN.
BEAT REST OF INGREDIENTS TIL THICK & FROTHY ( LOOKS LIKE PUDDING)
ADD TO RICE MIXTURE
POUR IN CASSEROLE DISH AND SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON
BAKE 350 DEGREES APPROX 30 MIN.
