Ingredients

  • 5 lbs russet potatoes
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

1 Peel and cook potatoes.

2 Drain well and mash until smooth.

3 Add cream cheese, sour cream, seasonings and butter.

4 Beat with hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.

5 Place in lightly greased casserole dish.

6 Dot with more butter.

7 Refrigerate until ready to bake.

8 Bake at 350 until heated through (about 30-45 min.).
