  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 C olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grey poupon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C parmesan cheese

Step 1

1. Beat egg thorougly.

2. Add all ingredients and mix completely.

3. Pour over romaine lettuce, add croutons and serve.
