Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/3 cup sweetened cocoa powder (Ghirardelli)
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 pinches salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Put almonds in large bowl, drizzle with oil, toss to coat all nuts with a spatula. Sprinkle cocoas and salt over nuts and toss to coat. Pour on two parchment covered baking sheets leaving excess cocoas in the bowl. Bake 15-20 minutes. After almonds cool, sprinkle excess cocoas from bowl over almonds and toss again; adding more sweetened cocoa powder if needed.
