Corn Pudding, Pennsylvania Dutch recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn-- frozen or fresh
  • 2 eggs-- beat with a fork
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Put all in a greased casserole and Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

I often make this and refrigerate it overnight and bake it on Thanksgiving Day.... and it turns out just fine!
