Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns (bag)
- 500 ml sour cream
- 2 tins of condensed soup (Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Celery or Onion)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup grated or finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw potatoes overnight in fridge. In a Large Bowl mix ingredients together. Chop onions in Quick Chef or Chop n Prep. Grate cheese. Spread in Tupperwave and cook for 20 minutes in microwave on high.
