Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 2 TBSP vegetable oil
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Cut sweet potatoes into halves lengthwise and then into thick fries. Place in bowl and drizzle oil over top. Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top. Toss to coat. Place fries on grill. Cook about 3 minutes until potatoes have brown grill marks. Flips potatoes are done when easily pierced with fork.
