- 4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 8 oz. shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (for crust)
- 4 oz. shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (for top)
- 1/4 cup reduced-sugar or no-sugar-added pizza/marina sauce
- Parchment paper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375° F.
Mix/whisk room-temperature cream cheese until smooth and creamy
Add 2 eggs to the cream cheese and mix well
Add parmesan cheese, 8-oz mozzarella cheese, spices and stir well
Line cookie-baking sheet with parchment paper and spread mix throughout (thinner=crispier)
Bake for approx.. 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. Spread your pizza/marina sauce and top with 4 oz mozzarella cheese. You may then add any other plan appropriate items of your choice to pizza. Bake until beginning to brown - approx. another 10-20 minutes.
