Ingredients

  • 12 oz creme cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • Blend but do not whip.
  • Add 2 1/2 cups cold heavy whipped cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • Whip to thick whipped cream.

Preparation

Step 1

Line Mold with cheesecloth. Pour mixture into Heart shaped Mold. Drain over night on plate with cloth wrapped around plate and Mold.

Raspberry Sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 pint raspberries
Heat for 4 minutes. Add 1 cup Raspberry Jam.
2 tbsp Grande Marnier or Framboise liquer

Pour into food processor. Puree and place in fridge to cool and thicken. Unmold creme from mold and pour fresh puree over top…refrigerate until served.
