Ingredients

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 Red Delicious apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 pound Boars Head Maple Honey Turkey Breast, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 3/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 T. powdered sugar
  • 3 T. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Soak the apples in pineapple juice for 2 minutes; drain well and discard the juice.
2. Dice the turkey into half-inch cubes or pieces.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, apples and celery.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and powdered sugar.
5. Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the combined turkey, apples and celery; toss to evenly coat all pieces.
6. Garnish with walnuts and serve.
