Ingredients

2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 pkg (4oz) salad dressing mix
1/2 cup minced sweet red pepper
1/4 cup sliced stuff olives (optional)
3-4 flour tortillas (10" size)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth. Add red pepper and olives; mix well. Spread about 1/4 cup on each tortilla. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Slice in 1/2" pieces and arrange sideways on a plate.
