Ingredients

  • 2 Packages of 18.4 oz. devils food cake mix
  • 1 Cup Veg. Oil
  • 4 eggs
  • Filling: (You can alaso use canned frosting)
  • 1 8oz. package of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2.5 cups confectioners suger
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1

Combine cake mixes, oil and eggs until blended (mix will be the consistency of cookie batter). Roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Do NOT flatten.

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool for 5 minutes and then move to baking rack. (cookies will flatten as they cool)

In small bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on the bottom half of cookies and top with remaining cookie. Store in fridge.
