Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
- Meatballs
- 1 can (20oz.) water chestnuts
- 1 1/2 bunch green onions
- 2 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
- 1/8 cup soya sauce
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
- Sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 tsp hot mustard
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp beef Bovril
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- sweet pickle juice

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ground beef mixture and shape in to small balls
Roll in cornstarch and fry until brown.

Mix sauce ingredients together and bring to a boil. Thicken with 3 tbsp of cornstarch in water
Boil for 15 minutes
