Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) linguine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 6-8 oz fresh crab
  • 2 tblsp fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook linguine-drain well. While linguine cooking, melt butter in large pan. Add minced garlic, saute until soft. Add cream and stirring constantly let simmer until starts to thicken a bit (5 min) Stir in parmesan cheese, crab, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until well heated. Pour over cooked linguine, toss lightly and top with fresh parsley.
Excellent with salad and garlic toast.
