- 30 Schwan's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, thawed
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 cup caramel topping
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can prepared chocolate frosting

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Press cookie dough into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Press 1/2 cup of pecans into dough. Pour caramel topping over crust. In medium bowl, combine flour, peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla; stir with fork until well blended and coarsely crumbled. Sprinkle over caramel topping and press down. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove pan from oven. Cool 5 minutes. Spread with frosting, sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecan pieces. Freeze for 30 minutes; cut into bars.
